The Scholastic Middle School Standstill ensembles were followed by Scholastic Regional A Standstill, Scholastic Standstill and ended with the Bergenfield High School Taiko Ensemble performing in exhibition. After the standstill awards and another quick intermission, it was time for the marching percussion ensembles to take the floor. Starting things off for the Scholastic Novice Marching, Mahwah High School Winter Percussion got things moving for the last segment of competition for the day. Up next were the Scholastic Regional A Marching groups, Scholastic A Marching and Scholastic Open Marching before the Fair Lawn High School Guard took the floor in exhibition. The day culminated in the marching percussion awards, a few very large trophies and lots of smiles.

The 2019 Indoor Championships marked a special occasion for a number of directors and ensembles including Hawthorne High School Guard who competed in their first USBands Indoor competition! Mahwah High School Indoor Percussion also competed in their first USBands Indoor competition, and this event marked the first USBands event for their director. Immaculata High School took the floor for this first time this season and left a great impression on the percussion adjudicators. In a display of a celebration of the marching arts, Fair Lawn high school dedicated their new WGI Championship Percussion banner in their gym. This is the first time that the program has been recognized in their gymnasium. Kind words were shared with the USBands team during the ceremony as the boosters mentioned Fair Lawn's start and growth within USBands.
