Josh Neujahr

Josh is a native of Appleton, Wisconsin where he graduated from Fox Valley Lutheran High School in 2010. He attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated with a B.A. in Criminology and Law Studies 2014.

Josh's involvement with Drum Corps International began in 2011 with Colts Drum and Bugle Corps of Dubuque, Iowa and he spent three years as a marching member on trumpet, euphonium, and trumpet, respectively. He earned the distinction of Outstanding First Year Member in 2011 and an Honorable Mention for Outstanding Section Member in 2012. He was humbled to have been asked to join the 2014 instructional staff at Colts Drum and Bugle Corps and taught there for one season.

He recently ended his obligation of United States Army service, spending four years (2015-2019) stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky with the 101st Airborne Division, including a nine month deployment to Afghanistan in 2016-2017.

Josh is again humbled and excited to join many familiar faces and to work with an incredible instructional team at The Cadets for the 2019 season.
